Because Chicago is by far the largest city in IL. My mom used to live there and dated a man named Madej. And I still remember a car dealership owned by Olaf Gjovik (it's still there, out in Sandwich). Chicago is a great city.

There are so many Korean neighborhoods around me. I mean there are several stretches of road where not a single sign (excluding road signs) uses these letters. It's just all in Korean and there's no translation, so I wouldn't know if I was going to a family restaurant, a grocery store, or a sex shop. But they still do good business, because everyone around there speaks fluent Korean, and it's like a separate world and nobody is bothered or anything.
And then people complain when they overhear a private conversation in Spanish...
